Upstream Washington is a multi-year partnership with the State of Washington to ensure all patients have access to the full range of birth control methods in a single visit by providing training and technical assistance to health centers.As a member of a quality improvement initiative team, I implemented sustainable clinical systems to provide same day access to birth control with two reproductive health care agencies in WA state. I tracked day-to-day project progress and managed the input, tracking, and organization of data, communications, and team resources in Asana, Salesforce, Azara DRVS and Google Drive. I created clinical workflows and policies & procedures on implementation of family planning services. As part of the project management, I monitored budget reports and tracked payments, reimbursements and vendor invoices. I coordinated schedules, catering, presentation materials and meeting minutes for customer meetings and workshops. I assisted with customer training event logistics including attendee information, accomodations, email communication and surveys. I also conducted ad hoc research, provided technical Salesforce support, participated in internal process improvement workgroups and planned fun team bonding activities.
