Hello there,I am an Early Childhood Educator with a focus on Educational leadership - my role is to help, support and mentor the educators on the floor to better help, support and scaffold children's learning through their play and being. I absolutely love to observe little human beings and be part of their everyday World discovery - it inspires me and makes me feel that I can see the world through their eyes.Mentoring the educators is a rewarding job as I can get involved in their planning, and supporting their thinking helps build great relationships; empowering their thinking is the key to successful outcomes achieved for children and families.
