- Work collaboratively with data analysts from various business units to standardize data collection methods and ensure consistency in content data, resulting in the development of a unified codebase for extracting and processing data from diverse sources across the organization- Partner with Business and IT teams to understand data/reporting needs, offer solutions to address specific data/reporting challenges- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align content strategies with overall business goals- Execute on business/technical requirements and build multi-purpose interactive dashboard solutions, based on gathered requirements- Design and analyze A/b experiments to drive product change the most optimal way possible- Dig deeper into data and find reasons for trends, and metrics changes- Integrate new tools to solve problems more effectively when needed- Define the underlying architecture of data collection

- Act as a team lead for a group of analysts, being responsible for team scaling, optimization and learning- Work closely with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data integrity and consistency- Visualize and make effective presentations to communicate complex findings in a structured way for non-technical audience- Work with huge datasets - get, clean and analyze them, use advanced and predictive analytics to create reports and intuitive dashboards- Implement data monitoring and alerting mechanisms to detect anomalies and ensure data consistency, working closely with data engineering and analytics team- Partner closely with product managers, engineering managers, and design leads to conceptualize, prioritize, and implement monetization features and enhancements, leveraging data-driven insights to inform product development decisions and maximize revenue generation opportunities- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies for maximum monetization impact- Collaborate with the finance team to gather and analyze pertinent data, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial metrics and insights to investors

▪ Conduct data analysis using SPSS and other statistical analysis softwares.▪ Summaries statistical results of a research project by creating graphs, tables and charts, Interpret and convey results to project coordinator.▪ Provide segmentation and cluster analysis on questionnaire answers.
