About Marina Sitte

Every organisation needs an agent of change who is an empathetic and fun colleague to their employees and a humble and excited point of contact to their clients. And here is one! Can you set me in your collaborative environment where different perspectives and skills come together to achieve a common goal, and where freedom to express yourself is encouraged? Then I will pack my office kit: ☑ Experience in working with clients from all walks of life and thus the ability to tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of the people I interact with ☑ Talent to get to people through curiosity, perceptiveness and fluency in listening☑ Knack for bringing order to chaos (particularly well suited to start-up environments) I also have a diverse, people-centred background with 10 years of professional experience in the corporate and non-profit world, where I have honed my skills, and have a proven track record of achieving results, in project coordination, client management and advocacy. Currently, I am HR Project Lead, Head of Human Resources at Red Barnet's Hovedstaden office, where I help streamline HR's processes for recruiting, onboarding and developing volunteers in the Copenhagen region, and advise local activity associations on how to develop strategies to overcome the challenges they face in building a strong volunteer network.I have worked as a Senior Recruitment and Learning & Development Consultant for the Croatian Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Justice with 1200 and 4900 employees respectively, where I cooperated with experts from across the organisations to plan and implement annual recruitment and training strategies for achieving excellence in human resources development. In one of these roles, I led a three-person team responsible for ad hoc administrative tasks and managing human resources databases. I have many years of experience in supporting clients in mental health crises, including work-related burnouts.
