I've been working in the hospitality industry in both Toronto and Los Angeles for a decade, and in that time I've constantly aimed to learn as much as I could, however I could. Whether it be behind the bar or behind the scenes, I've constantly tried to grow and learn. I love menu building - with my favourite area being non-alcoholic cocktails, which deserve the same love and care as alcoholic cocktails. I've worked on events (partnerships with brands), programming (writing and hosting trivia nights), branding, marketing campaigns and projects with different forms of print and digital media: magazines, podcasting (hosting, researching and producing), videos (YouTube and Instagram), social media, Zoom classes and streaming (Twitch). I also love challenging myself with bartending and cocktail competitions!
