· Implementation of SuccesFactors (Training, Development, Performance, Succession modules...)· Continuous improvement of the processes in the area: Performance Evaluation, Individual Development Plans and Training Plans.· Execution of the above processes at global level (14 subsidiaries).· Execution of the HR Communication Campaign.· Coordination with subsidiaries for the correct execution and follow-up.· Analysis and follow-up of KPIs for the correct reporting to Directors.· Ensure the correct definition of Training Plans working directly with the General Directors of the five different Business Units.· Detect and analyze the training needs by departments according to the Company's strategic plan, define the training calendar and follow up in SuccessFactors.· Deployment of transversal workshops at national and international level.· Follow-up and control of the training Budget.· Processing of training subsidies through the external provider (FUNDAE).

· Coordinate the recruitment processes between local market and European HUB. · Reporting and analysis with European HUB.· Direct liaison with Hiring Managers to define the best profile for each position.· Elaboration of job descriptions.· Development of sourcing strategies and multi-channel talent attraction.· Writing and publication of job offers. · Telephone interviews.· Creation and publication of employer branding content to increase engagement.

Responsible of Barcelona area: · Recruitment: Writing and publication of job offers, telephone and face-to-face interviews, follow-up interviews and engagement. · Onboarding: Welcome Pack + PRL Training + Delivery and control of EPIs.· Control, management and analysis of incidents. · Management and updating of the internal communication platform.

· Events organization.· Communication: - Communication Manager of TALENTIA: Creation of the communication plan, writing and sending statements, Newsletter creation, project coordination with advertising companies, creation of communication procedures. - After-sales Training Communication Support: Communication plan support, Newsletter creation.· Coordination, management and execution of training projects: "Diseño del catálogo de formación", “Donación y Sesión”, “Panal Formativo", “Sondeo TALENTIA 2020”, “Webinars con la Red”… · SAP orders and coordination with stakeholders.· Movement and control of training fleet.

· Recruitment: job offers writing and publication, telephone interviews, candidate reports and liaison with Managers.· Onboarding: Organization and execution of Welcome Day.· Events organization: Jump Day, First Kick Start Program.
