• Receive finished goods requirements and convert to raw material/mill level plans (200 fabrics/ 20 mills / 9 production facilities worldwide)• Provide these monthly raw material flow requirements to mills and receive confirmations from mills using SAP APO as well as Excel • Negotiate best ex-mill flows versus finished goods requirements with mills• Adapt and issue monthly raw material call offs in SAP APO and communicate to mills and vendors• Track shipments : On Time Delivery (96% FY2014) as well as order fulfillment and keep SAP APO updated accordingly to show impact to production planning team• Liaise with vendors and local sourcing teams for monthly inventory checks and reporting of liabilities• Liaise with production planning, product development and sourcing teams for disposition of liabilities • Creation of PO/SE in SAP AFS for allocated liabilities globally• Set up and maintenance of master data in SAP AFS and SAP APO Contract ended due to company restructuring. Levi Strauss & Co is reducing its Asian and European headquarters and centralizing all planning in their offices in San Francisco. Being the last fabric planner left in Europe, I helped transitioning all jeans fabric mills and jeans vendors to my then American colleagues. I also provided the necessary job and SAP training so that there has been no impact on production.

Coordination of new product developments, liaising with merchandisers, product developers and vendors, ensuring on time delivery of developments to start season
