Manuel set up, led and managed a Project Team of 33 professionals spread across 7 cities in the North of Argentina and trained and coordinated an outside independent group of over 300 local management consultants to achieve the restructure of 770 companies (of which he consulted 132 personally) in the mentioned period and delivering over 25m USD in grants to cover the cofinancing of the Technical Assistance works performed.
