Management of markdown products life cycle and logistics for EMEA area to optimize stock and maximize turnover:- Managed reverse logistics for European stores network (forecasted volumes and set up flows).- Forecasted sales and inventory from data retrieval. Prevented over-stock and stock shortage.- Organized inter-zone stock transfers logistics from APAC, China, and Japan.- Executed products allocation and replenishment for outlet store.- Organized staff sales events: selected products, tracked orders, monitored warehouse processing and coordinated transportation with providers.- Supported stores and warehouses daily operations (product receptions andtransfers or returns, cash collection, ...) under CEGID Y2 and XPERT. - Performed business analysis reports for top management on KPIs (sell-through, stock coverage, sales trends, turnover…) to monitor performances of distribution channels. - Provided competitive intelligence on old products management strategy in luxury industry.Transversal projects:- Implemented externalized local warehouses: wrote requirements specification for tenders and reviewed providers’ answers.- Introduced new warehouse processing procedure to improve quality check.- Redesigned internal website to increase digital distribution channel.- Participated in CEGID setting up (new store management software): designed adapted solution, validated UAT tests, assisted roll-out in stores and supported first operations.
