International export missions manager of the new project “Developing European Music Export Capacity”. EMEE is a non-profit association of 29 National and Regional Music Export offices from 25 countries, with its registered office based in Brussels. They pull together a mix of public and private funding to support European musicians, music companies and music professionals in their export strategies.Help provided by music export offices who are part of EMEE includes funding, capacity building and training, business to business advice, international networking, business support programs and much more. Through their work, our members encourage cross border circulation, cultural diversity and economic development for music professionals and the artists they assist, while consulting, initiating and/or implementing music export policies at National, European and Global level.As the DEMEC international export missions manager, my main role is to organise international export missions and European networking missions in cooperation with the host in the targeted country.Main tasks:● Organising the international prospecting & follow-up missions, as well as the European networking missions:o Mission planning, budget management;o Organise export missions, including developing the programme, finding partners, facilitating the networking...o Manage the production process, communicating with all participants and organising their logistics, etc.o Travel to each mission o Reporting
