Act as Subject Matter Expert for administrative processes.Partner with various departments to ensure quality of delivery of shared services across the Aboitiz Group.Review and process payments, purchase orders and inform relevant parties on payment status.Facilitate travel and event arrangements.Organize, plan and maintain budget for the team.Apply process improvement methodologies to streamline various administrative transactions that lead to efficiency and cost savings, plus share best practices across the group.Responsible for general affairs, manages the day to day activities of the team.Execute and implement ad hoc project tasks as instructed by the team.

• Manages and Attends to the concerns, requests and inquiries of the shareholders of the Aboitiz group. [Updating profile, Dividends Delivery & Monitoring, Sending Notices to shareholders.• Supervise and Liaise with duly appointed stock transfer agent of the listed companies to: Negotiate rates, Manage timelines and Negotiate contract terms - for the cost of services portion, contract management.• Preparation and Uploading Board Materials to Diligent Boardbooks• Provides assistance to Boardbooks’ admin and users like basic training to the admins and users, resetting password, updating the application • Initiates continuous improvement plans to improve turn-around of shareholders and stock & transfer agent relations.• Creation and improvement of the Corporate Governance mini website• Assist in drafting the Annual Corporate Governance Report • Assist in creating corporate governance related policies and programs (eg. Manual on Corporate Governance, Code of Ethics and Business conduct and etc. https://aboitiz.com/corporate-governance/governance-practices/)• In charge in monitoring all team requests to ensure that requests are properly taken care of; constantly reminds the person responsible if the request has been acted upon

• News monitoring both in Local and National Papers for Aboitiz-related news• Provides assistance in the circulation of Annual Reports for employees, subs and shareholders• Provides assistance in special projects/events as to the preparation of different media/shareholder related events- Manila, Mindanao and Cebu Media Party- Press lunches/ & Press Con- Press Freedom week- ACO/AEV/AP Stockholder’s Meeting- Group Corcom get-together like Continuing Education Series • Manages and Attends to the concerns, requests and inquiries of the shareholders of the Aboitiz group.
