Oil&Gas, Pressure Vessels and Heat ExchangersMain tasks- Technical analysis of mechanical components to be purchased for the correct definition of the purchase orders: machined parts, mechanical commercial components, steelworking, row materials (plates, pipes etc.) and special transports.- Analysis of budget and delivery times required by the project for the finalization of the purchase orders.- Selection and scouting of local and international suppliers.- Purchase orders negotiation, tenders definition and implementation.- Spare parts purchase orders management with the support of a person.- Italian and foreign (Poland) procurement offices coordination for the optimization of strategic purchases.- Commercial offers validation through the analysis of the purchasing costs.2007-2008 Project Manager - Project activities monitoring in terms of budjet, quality and progress of work.- Coordination of the project team and of two people part of the project management team.
