My mission was to lead the implementation of strategic plans with the goal of overcoming viability challenges and preparing the organization for a phase of solid growth. Additionally, I managed the professionalization and optimization process of the group's management policies.

Key activities included driving organizational improvement, leading the acquisition and management of new units (M&A), managing agreements with strategic partners, selecting projects, and securing appropriate financing to support the group's growth.

In-plant inside Ford Almussafes, 30 employees, 1,5 M€ TO ( tool maintenance activities)The objectives were to restore service effectiveness with Ford and achieve positive results, which were accomplished during this period.Simultaneous performance as CFO of the Southern European Division and General Management.

Joint Venture partnership with a local shareholder, with sales of €90 million and 400 employees (2012 data).The objective was to integrate the company into Gestamp’s group policies, implement the restructuring plan designed for the initial phase, and lay the foundations for the turnaround, which was deemed accomplished by early 2013.Performed this role concurrently with the CFO position of the Southern European Division.
