I previously interned at Reebok and WHOOP, telling product stories with my teams through integrated launch campaigns and social media content creation and strategy. I brought creativity, chronically-online perspective, and relatable brand storytelling to my work to convert Gen Z top-funnel audiences into bottom-funnel loyal brand enthusiasts. By day I'm pursuing my professional career in PR and social, and by earlier day I've spent the last 4 years working in fitness. I am an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, running my own independent business handling everything from client lifecycle, to payment accounting, to workout programming, and a Senior Master Coach at Solidcore (a high-intensity, strength-meets-Pilates group fitness class). My training ethos is "you will only achieve what your mind can believe" - in other words, challenge your mental game to perform physically. I help women realize their strength, physically and emotionally, through resistance-based training and motivational coaching tactics. I lead with empathy, evidence-based programming, and a healthy amount of anatomy humor. I am currently completing my BS in Public Relations with a minor in Business Administration at Boston University, where I've learned how to communicate effectively in various contexts. My coursework has covered PESO media tactics, digital and integrated marketing campaign strategy, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, Illustrator) and DSLR photography, copywriting, and brand project management. From when my 4:45am alarm goes off before I coach at [solidcore], when I read the latest biohacking book before bed, I'm self-motivated to optimize every minute of my day. I'm looking to continue telling stories that ultimately help others succeed in business, body, and mind.
