Making a difference by helping with team building, quality management and customer relationship management (CRM).The truth is, I've always liked the feeling of getting things done. Be responsible for a project from A to Z, monitor the results and make all the necessary changes to reach the target.I have two different professional backgrounds, sales and operations.Over the past few years I have developed my data, leadership and project management skills.I had the opportunity to work in startups but also in large and more conservative companies. I worked with teams of 5 people but also with teams of 60! I've had my client portfolio but I've also worked in management teams. I have customer experience but I have also done administrative work. I've worked within four walls but I've also worked abroad!In short, I've done everything and its opposite, and I want to continue exploring what the world has to offer!This is not done without a deep understanding that I need to improve my management skills even more, look at who manages projects and contracts and always be in a constant exchange of ideas and learning.In the future, I hope to continue helping teams achieve goals, take the next step towards success, and automate and improve processes.You can find in me the energy and the hunger to always do better!
