  I am a lawyer specialising in insurance litigation. In my insurance practice, I act for a large number of insurers, mainly in relation to matters of professional negligence including acting in the defence of lawyers, architects, engineers, accountants, financial planners, taxation agents, insolvency practitioners, real estate agents, strata managers, migration agents and others. I also manage large scale public liability/personal injury matters including catastrophic injuries, education law claims, coronial matters and product liability claims. I also provide advice in relation to policy advice on indemnity, and I have run major litigation involving fraud, non-disclosure, notification issues and subrogation. I have represented clients in matters across all jurisdictions including the High Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of Victoria, the County Court of Victoria as well as the Magistrates’ Court, VCAT and the Federal Courts of Australia.
