Organizing quarterly workshops for all brand ambassadors so that they can learn as much as possible about the goals of the following quarter. Deciding on the guidelines for all brand ambassadors with the aim of successful task completion. Responsible for efficient monitoring of the annual budget and potential savings. Monitoring and checking the market in Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia and meeting the requirements in order to achieve the best possible results. Providing support for the sales team through HoReCa, big and small shops, gas stations along the roads which are most often used in summer on the territory of Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia. Designing commercials in accordance with the global strategy and adjusting them to the local market. Regular evaluations and analyses of programs whose aim is to approach customers in the best possible way and introduce them to the product. Close cooperation with student organizations, marketing agencies and big companies. Organizing events in Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia, with the aim of the strategy development, awareness raising, visibility and availability enhancement.Monthly reporting on the achieved results to the direct Marketing & Sales Manager in the form of presentations and clearly defined reports.

Member of the Red Bull Student Band Manager Team ( brand ambassador ) responsible for monitoring and developing the market on the territory of Niš and among the student population between 18 and 26 years old. Monitoring and completing the tasks assigned by the Consumer Collecting Manager and the guidelines issued quarterly. Raising awareness about the Red Bull brand among students through projects and merchandising tasks in order to enhance availability and visibility of Red Bull at the University of Niš.
