Mike has lead teams to process improvement for over a decade. He improved processes for large fortune 500 companies including Compass-Group, Lockheed Martin and Waste Management. His passion for numbers and logic allows him to tackle business problems in some unique and creative ways. By seeking new approaches to quantifying process issues, Mike was able to develop and illustrate new methods of measuring and addressing process failure. In a short time, Mike can break down a problem, dig down to its root cause and quantitatively assess the overall impact on the organization. He can then formulate the ideal process, match it with a technology that can provide the required functionality and visibility to the process, prototype the improved process, then implement, support and monitor the new solution for continuous improvement. His strong sense of logic coupled with his passion for technology allows him to automate the workflows and the internal controls of processes ensuring continued success. Mike enjoys the spirit of team work and believes in healthy debates as they are some of the most effective ways to finding the best solutions. He encourages fresh approach but also clings to old methodologies that have stood the test of time. He believes that there is logic in everything and will never suggest a solution until he fully understands all aspects of the problem. Mike carries his passion for achieving and improving in other aspects of his life. He is an elite athlete, he traveled the world, lived in 4 countries and can speak 3 languages . He always has a new personal challenge on the go. His most recent achievement was completing an ironman distance marathon on September 1st. His career challenge is to continue to bring his positive attitude, knowledge and experience into companies and together achieve business success.
