As part of the Corporate Maritime Asset Strategy Transformation (MAST) program, I oversaw the deployment of infrastructure and supporting applications. MAST aims to standardize the following processes across nine brands through the implementation of a common ecosystem: Procurement, Maintenance, Inventory Management, Information Technology, Finance, and Data Management.

Working in Asset Management Area I am responsible for:1. Leading and managing project initiatives including scope definition and solution roadmaps2. Cooperating with Business Departments (Fleet, Procurement, Finance, Health and Security) across many Corporate brands (Costa Europe, Costa Asia, AIDA) and Carnival Corporation to gather requirements and define priorities on initiatives3. Leading as Program Manager the deployment of new solutions on New Buildings and Legacy Fleet4. Managing and coordinating internal and external Business Analysts and Project Managers to achieve Area targets5. Managing Vendors to assure quality in both development and delivery of Area IT Roadmap6. Cooperating with Change Management Department to deploy Area initiatives in Production7. Coordinating Help Desk activity acting as single point of contact for Business Stakeholders and assuring SLA agreements

Reporting to the EMEA Executive Vice President I led and worked with a regional team of 44 colleagues that had the main goal to meet our customers' expectations. The Professional Services Department had the goals to deliver the services related to the implementation of our corporate IT solutions achieving full customers satisfaction within the expected profitability.

Reporting to my Director and EVP I worked on the corporate restructuring after the acquisition by Volaris. In particular, we worked on the definition and implementation of the new processes and procedures. I had my focus on the projects related to our Top Customers in the EMEA Region and on the establishment of our Project Management Office.

Reporting to the Deputy CEO I had the responsibility to develop strategic partnerships (i.e. Rockwell Automation) in order to strength our market position particularly in the Oil&Gas Sector.

Reporting to the Managing Director I was part of the management team where strategies were defined, the results evaluated and business decisions were undertaken. I had the responsibility to achieve the assigned targets and to coordinate a team of project managers, consultants and programmers. I was involved in the whole "project life cycle ". In this position, I managed with a full operational responsibility more than 500 projects worthing more than € 15 milions.
