• Leading Country Commercial Team Including field force, Marketing Execution and Tactical Planning,Tender Management, Pricing and Market Access with development of the Ophthalmology Business to execute the company growth Strategy.• Managing The Commercialization of the Ophthalmology Business entire brands portfolio (Oertli, Ellex, STAAR, ESWIN, Schwind, Ziemer) in the private and Tender Business. Act directly and/or via Channel Sales Specialists to support the business partners, may also lead directly large & complex projects ex. Berlin or Sharm Elsheikh Tender.• Regular knowledge exchange and discussion of major projects between country commercial team leaders.• Managing all suppliers connections, Supply and Demand planning, Forecasting and Distribution agreements.• Ensure all internal processes and regulations are met with Support as Substitute if colleagues are absent.• Planning and executing different products marketing initiatives covering product launches, promotions and exhibitions.
