Dedicated project manager for the retail incentive team on the Chrysler Group, LLC account, which consists of managing team disciplines as well as constant communication with clients and managing approximately 5,000 hours or $525,000 yearly incentive budget. In addition, I have led the teams responsible for supporting multi-million dollar client programs such as Refuel America, Employee Pricing Plus (EPP) and Cash for Clunkers. I have also led several additional projects for the Chrysler Group LLC brand and corporate teams, such as Jeep® Wrangler, Grand Cherokee and Liberty buzz model pages, adding video/commercial to Chrysler Town & Country vehicle homepage, part of the team that launched the initial Chrysler LLC. corporate site, weekly corporate press releases on the corporate site and have always met or exceeded timelines and kept well within required both hourly and monetary budgets. Work well under pressure and have succeeded in working on extremely fast-paced and high priority projects. I have also been the project lead on several iterations of the retail incentives/DAA sites, including enabling incentives to be uploaded to the sites dynamically through xml feeds, which also eventually was fed to additional site applications. Prior to my project management position I was part of the Dealer Advertising Association Traffic team on the Daimler Chrysler account. Duties consisted of trafficking ad units and monthly production tasks. I've been nominated by my peers and/or managers for three "Exceptional Organic" awards in the past two years and have always received positive reviews.
