Oversee daily operations from inventory control, billing, scheduling, refurbishment. In charge of coordinating/scheduling of all installs and dismantles of tradeshow/retail exhibits throughout the United States. In charge of procurement of show services to keep customers on budget. Prepare show expense budget spreadsheets to give customers understanding of tradeshow cost. Create timelines for clients to stay on track with the exhibit build as well as show deadline dates and shipping dates. Prepare all show paperwork for customers. Reconcile final show invoices at close of show for customers. In charge of training personnel with portable/modular displays. Meet with clients to ensure proper workflow and on time delivery of products.
