Development of data science projects in industrial and commercial areas of the different businesses of the Saint-Gobain group, such as Isover, Telhanorte Tumelero, Placo, Weber Quartzolit, Jundu Mineração, Brasilit, Sekurit among others.The industrial projects that I have been developing aim at optimizing processes focused on reducing energy consumption, reduction of CO2 emissions, detection of defects, reduction of waste/scrap among others. The commercial projects focus on pricing, churn, recommendation systems and demand forecasting.Highlight for the ASSIS project, developed at Isover Brasil, which was recognized as the best Data Science project in the SG group’s LATAM region in 2021, received an international EHS Award (Emerald) in 2022 and Digital & IT Awards in 2023, in addition it was used as the basis for similar projects at other Isover sites in Argentina, France and Japan (annual saving of 6 digits US$). DORIS project implemented in the gypsum dryer of Placo Mogi das Cruzes (annual saving of 6 digits US$).Also noteworthy is the SMART PRICE project, developed at Telhanorte Tumelero, which was recognized as the best Data Science project in the SG group’s LATAM region in 2022 (annual saving of 6 digits in US$). In the SG group I also work as instructor of a training called DnA Academy, which follows a methodology developed by the SG central team in France and which aims to disseminate the data culture among employees of all businesses.
