 Led functional teams throughout the development stages of the implementation (elicitation, process workshops, technical)  Managed stakeholders to include business units, program manager, sponsors, development teams, end users. Developed and led UAT sessions, to include testing scripts. Managed a team of 6 trainers deployed to plant maintenance personnel, throughout Canada and USA in Work, Inventory and Purchasing Management. Developed functional solutions for various system gaps. Developed all functional role-based training material.  Managed project schedule (MSProjects) timeline, financial tracking and diverse project planning activities (status reports, onboarding activities).

 Assisted Program and Project Management as a Functional Lead role specifically pertaining to Assessment and Training.  Conduct Remote Maximo application training for multi-site organization. Trained over 300 people in Venezuela, Brazil, Thailand, China and Europe. Performed demonstrations of application. Oversaw the development of the training plan and self-paced training material for application, based on the business model of the business unit. Managed the Integration/User Acceptance Testing proceess for unit testing (Maximo-JDEdwards). Assisted as an application architect support team member for defect resolution and system troubleshooting. Oversaw and lead the cutover activities (onsite) for the deployment of the upgrade of Maximo 4.11 to Maximo 7.5 and 7.6. Performed project management tasks regarding scheduling and resourcing activities.

Working as a member of the PMOS (Project Management Office Support) group in the implementation of (SAM) Strategic Asset Management project at the Department of Veterans Affairs which is a component of the department’s Financial and Logistics Technology Enterprise (FLITE) program. SAM is charged with establishing a central repository of all physical assets, supply inventories and related work management in a single system accessible throughout the department. My primary role is that of a IBM Maximo 7.1 Certified Professional supporting the Functional, Testing, and Training groups.
