• Full P&L responsibility with an outstanding track record of growth in various power markets. • Grown revenue from $1.2 million in 2003 to $25 million in 2013 with a net margin exceeding 10% spawned from a complete shift in Benning’s product line, resources, sales/manufacturing process and company mission. • Increased Benning’s market share in industries such as: DC Telecommunications power, motive power, UPS data centers, medical power supply, Industrial Power systems, Inverters, military power , among others.• Built Benning Power Electronics USA from the ground up from a deficient, uncompetitive company to a market leader is several products.• Market/product development in various industry segment from Telecommunication/data, Industrial power, Oil and Gaz , Process control, motive power.• Hands on leader managing a team of 60 individuals from Inventory management, production, engineering, sales, order/project management, services.• Chairman of the Boards of Directors

•Establish, oversee and direct the overall operations of the department’s processes and organization which include quotation activities, engineering, order fulfillment, Project management, purchasing, Installation/commissioning, RMA and warranty service.•Review activity reports, operations reports and financials to determine progress and the status in attaining department and corporate objectives.•Ensure that sales forecasting, production planning and output are optimized to reflect customer demand by working closely with manufacturing, sales, marketing & end customers.•Manage 3rd party service agreements and set up operational logistics & inventory management (warehousing, consignment and/or distribution)•Liase with senior customer personnel and act as the focal point for client management issues and escalation where necessary.
