• Motorola prototype laboratory, MOL (maintenance of life) and EOL (end of life) activities for electronics products work with Development Teams on the electrical and mechanical product design. • Member of the SC4 (Collaborative Research Network on Supply Chain 4.0). Works with new products & technologies supporting technical transfer processes for local manufacturing in Brazil• Quality improvement methods (CPk, GR&R, tests for differences and DOE) using MINITAB Software.

• Coordinating educational and administrative activities jointly with the faculty and student body, involving 28 Professors, 6 Specialists, 1 administrative employee and 1,000 students.• Teaching Mechanical Production Engineering subjects: Statistical Quality Control, Operation Management, Lean Manufacturing), Time and Motion Study, Chrono-analysis / Ergonomics) as well as Supply Chain Management.

• Responsible for NPI (new product introduction), MOL (maintenance of life) and EOL (end of life) activities for HP Inkjet & Laserjet Printers controlling of BOM (bill of material) control, issuing/approving ECR (Engineering change requests) for proper BOM maintenance.•Developing new products and processes as well as knowledge transfer of HP printers, involving 2,400 items (electronic components, plastic, metal and rubber items, packaging), •Preparing and maintaining documents of products / processes to comply with customers’ specifications, sizing and layout of manufacturing lines / cells as well as pull production (sizing of kanban purchases, movement and manufacturing). •Leading projects to improve the flow of physical and systemic processes as well as labor efficiency, reducing setup and work in process, also feasibility studies for process mechanization and automation. •Multiplier of the Lean and Six Sigma culture through training and coordination of Workshops and kaizen Weeks, by using the Shingijutsu Consulting methodology.

• Responsible for Metrology Laboratories and Mechanical Fabrication Processes.• Teaching Mechanical Industrial Engineering subjects: Normalization and Reliability, Statistical Process Control and Metrology.• Providing guidance for Projects intended to improve quality and productivity rates, involving companies from the community: Embraer, Eleb, GM and suppliers, Eaton, Johnson & Johnson.• Training and qualification of Green Belts and support for the implementation and maintenance of Quality Assurance Systems, focusing on the automotive segment.
