Main areas of responsibility:- Overall responsibility for delivery of project management, cost control, and consultancy supervision services to the client.- Supports and promotes teamwork within the project for all parties including different consultants, main-contractor, sub-contractors/specialists and the Client’s different teams.- Provide leadership and direction to the project team to ensure that the works are executed by the various consultants and contractors in line with the requirements of the contracts and the overall vision of LITE.- Lead and implement strategies for project delivery including design, design changes, quality assurance, and improvements including defect liability period DLP.

Area of responsibilities :- Responsible for project functions that include but not limited to Project Management, Construction and Site Management, Engineering Management, Procurement, QA/QC ...etc. to ensure that all are coordinated and properly staffed to meet the project(s) goals.- Coordinate, and monitor the project from the initial conception to the schedule and final completion, involved with the planning and forecasting of budgets and timelines to assure that the project is accurately completed to schedule.- Perform quality control checks throughout all stages of the schedule to ensure that the performance of the team is as it should be.- Conduct reviews of detailed design drawing and specifications. - Prepare and submit reports on the progress and status of the project - Responsible for reviewing material technical data sheets, material catalogues/submittals, subcontractors prequalification, shop drawings prior to requesting consultant /client's approvals.

Projects:1- Mirfa Independent water and power Plant – Abu DhabiClient: Mirfa International Water and Power CompanyMain Contractor: Hyundai Engineering &Construction / Ansaldo EnrgiaBudget: 1.5 Billion dollars 2- Abu Dhabi Airport – Midfield Terminal Project (600 Tons)Client: Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC) Main Contractor: Larsen & Toubro Limited Project budget: 3.0 Billon dollarsArea of responsibilities :-Managing the construction and erection process for steel structure buildings based on the priorities given by the client and site conditions as well including miscellaneous steel, metal decking, single and double skin cladding, gratings, painting...etc.-Day by day reporting to project manager regarding the progress and any area of concern.-Preparing the method statements for erection, painting, welding and cladding fixation.-Estimating any variation or modification required by the client in order to be sent for approval by our commercial team-Reviewing the fabrication drawings for any newly items added due to a variation, wrong fabrication or clashing with other items in order to do the required site modifications.-Ensure that the quality standard during the construction are met with the project specification and client requirements.-Preparing and replying letters going and coming from the client side.-Attending the daily construction and coordination meeting with project directors and other subcontractors in order to discuss our productivity, targets and solving site matters.-Submitting the internal weekly progress report to our planning and cost control teams to compare it with our original plan.-Attending weekly safety meeting and safety walk-through to discuss our observations through the week and how we solved it in order to improve the safety awareness for workers and staff.-Responsible for submitting the detailed monthly progress to be claimed by our commercial team.

Project: Mall of Egypt – 6TH of October city Main Contractor : Besix - Orascom JVConsultant : Raafat Miller Consulting (Pervious: MZECH)Design : WSP-Inspecting the received material to assure compliance with established procedures and Project specified requirements.-Assisting construction personnel to identify problems and actual non conformances related to steel structure works before they become part of our final construction product .-Ensures that any measurement & testing instrument to be used are functional and calibrated (Torque wrenches ,hydraulic torque wrench .. etc.).-Review surveying reports to compare with the allowable tolerances and drawings.-Witnesses and reviews of and testing or inspection being undertaken by third party .-Prepares punch list for completed works and follows up actions taken until all raised items are satisfactorily completed.-Attends all Client inspections and tests in the area of assigned responsibility ( 3200 Ton in SKI park building and 1000 Ton in Family Entertainment Center ).-Following the Inspection test plan (ITP) to hand over the inspected work to the client -Ensure that all requirements of construction process and final product are met with project specifications.-Maintain quality standards during construction in accordance with the Specifications ruling at the time of contract award.-Maintaining accurate daily records of inspections and tests .-Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise .
