LORIS BELLINI S.p.A., Bollate (Milano, Italy), world leader in Yarn Dyeing Machinery designing and manufacturing. I got back in the company with whom the relationship actually never stopped, with the short term perspective to take the sales office responsibility. It actually came at the end of march ’06 and it has been formalised with the new position of Sales Director in august ’06, where I was consequently promoted “Dirigente”.The markets that I still follow directly are China, Turkey and the all North, Center and South America. My office includes two Area Managers, one technologist, three secretaries and supports something about sixty representative agencies that cover the most important textile markets all over the world. The company exports about 90% of its turnover. In this context, the job relevant to the various markets, whether the ones followed directly, or indirectly as support to the Area Managers, consists of, commercial network and key-connections establishment, competitors evaluation, brand promotion, representative companies evaluation and recruiting , representative company's personnel training and motivation, press evaluation and advertisements definition, exhibitions organisation. Consequently to this part of the job, mostly addressed externally, there is, besides the ordinary job of technical and commercial project’s definition, the fundamental phase of the sales data processing and budget definition.
