I graduated from Università degli Studi di Padova (Italy) in 2004 with a degree in Ethnology. After that I completed the "Official Master Degree in Ethnographic Research, Anthropological Theory and Intercultural Relations" at the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona in 2007. After my first experience as museum curator in Rovinj Heritage Museum from 2007-2009, I continued on the same position in Ethnographic Museum of Istria where I am still employed. In 2015. I gained the status on national level as senior curator. During my career I worked on different museum projects, mostly exhibitions, educative programs, collection management and fieldwork documentation in Istrian Region. In 2010. I joined the ICME-ICOM Committee where I currently serve as a board member. I participated and gave presentations in several international and national conferences and some of my works have been published. Currently I am in the process of writing my PhD thesis in Cultural and Social Anthropology with connection to museum studies at the Ljubljana University.
