- Lead cross-functional team of two senior Sys Admins, two Junior Admins and interns to make sure the clients and companies expectations are met. -Lead projects, set timelines, delegate tasks, overseeing testing, implementation of procedures design to ease the production and meet deadlines.-Continually optimizing the skill mix of the technical staff, service organisation structure and service processes to achieve delivery and support commitments within operating budgets.- Conducting regular meetings with team members to ensure all members are meeting KPIs- Creating technical specification documents, system test plans, and integration test plans.-Monitoring tickets and company’s infrastructure to ensure the business is running without interruptions- Manage technical staff by hiring, training, coaching and evaluating job performance.- Project ownership including meeting with end clients to achieve and produce the most feasible solution depending on budgets assigned.
