From managing the flow of data and information necessary to keep all members of a project team performing, meeting with Agencies having Jurisdiction, considering special requests from project owners on their site (including assisting setting up large events at locations for city leaders), to walking customers through the phases of their projects so that they can visualize the end product and how it will be integrated into their operation and daily lives. I strive to learn and be able to contribute to the project in whatever field or endeavor may be necessary.With over 24 years in various fields of management, my experience is in Civil Engineering construction (including underground systems of fire, water, storm drain, sewer, electrical, gas, and data), Project Estimation and pre-construction schedule monitoring, plan submissions, approvals, and changes, equipment, labor scheduling, and inspections. Regulation Compliance: inspections including federal, state, utility company, OSHA/injury avoidance, and accident investigation, and material code adherence; Budget: cost monitoring including cost savings, change order processes, payment schedule/invoice submission; Personnel: hiring, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
