In the Marketing department I run all the leverages of marketing mix for the brand INFASIL (Personal Care) in FMCG market. I have followed INFASIL since its acquisition from Procter&Gamble, even in the technological transfer period, at first from a Demand and Trade Marketing point of view and then, for three years now, in Marketing.

As Project Manager of the innovation team, I coordinate a group of thirteen people, coming from very different company departments (R&D, Purchasing, Marketing, Sales, Packaging, Regulatory etc.), established to realize all the steps of the development of the new cosmetic products branded Infasil and Tantum Rosa, from the initial idea to the launch in Pharmacy and Mass Market. Created after the recent, important, acquisition of the brand Infasil from Procter & Gamble (50 Mio € annual net sales), the innovation team has developed in its first year of work thirty new products that will be distributed by March 2013, in line with the objectives of top management, with very tight implementation time and excellent quality levels. With the Project Management, I’m keeping the role of Demand Manager for the brand Infasil.In this job position, I have run aspects such as forecasting, stock calibration, reconstruction of databases, analysis of historical data, in the delicate transition of the brand Infasil from Procter to Angelini.

As Demand Manager, I was in charge of the Demand Management for the Business Unit Pharma, which includes Ethical Products, Hospital and Professional Unit and generates half of net sales of ACRAF SpA. In Angelini the Demand Management consists in managing the process of creation of sales forecasting and interfacing with Production Planning in order to avoid OOS and extra-stocks.

Demand Management for the categories Baby Care (PAMPERS, brand market leader in Italy with a 60% MS) and Tissue (TEMPO, brand market leader in Italy).

As account, I had the management of sales fundamentals in the area (Piedmont and Valle d’Aosta), with the customers (Auchan, Carrefour, GS, Pam, Panorama), and in the sales channels assigned (Mass Market), negotiating with buyers and department heads local promotions, in-store activities, shelf restructuring and price policies.
