Cast Alloys, Northridge, CA 1997-2001• Established processes and procedures for Titanium Foundry and implemented them at the Tijuana Facility.• Designed and developed special gating for golf products that decreased scrap from 15% to below 4%. Evaluated gating for commercial products such as Turbo impellers and Medical implants.• Made alloy calculations to maintain chemistry levels within specific limits while in charge of metal control area. • Performed functions, such as preparing proposals and budgets and writing reports.
