For three years at Laroq, a FizFab Group company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and export of fitness equipment for professionals, I managed several web development projects with full responsibility for the entire project lifecycle.My main projects included the development of a web application for order management and scheduling, as well as another application for tracking files. I collaborated with stakeholders to draft the specifications, identified requirements, and proposed technical solutions. After validation, I designed the project architecture, taking into account database constraints, and led the development phase following an Agile methodology with ticket-based management.I handled the testing phases, deployment, and user documentation, while providing support to the teams. I also managed bug resolution and planned future enhancements.
