I strive to be open, honest and transparentHaving both a German and Greek background means I have an interest in, and personal appreciation of, the impact of culture on performance. My degree in economics and social sciences, specialising in data privacy, security and risk management led, first to career in data management and reporting, then to the expert field of employee and customer engagement surveys with EUCUSA. EUCUSA uses a unique statistical methodology that helps employers understand and improve customer and employee performance.I believe in giving back to society, and between 2010 and 2013 I lectured courses at the FH Wien University of Applied Sciences of WKW in the Master Class of Business Administration / Executive Management. I am strongly connected to the Alumni Club of my almer mater Vienna University of Economics and Business. Besides EUCUSA, I undertake research into the positive effects of energy sleep (otherwise known as powernaps) on health and performance in an own company named Siesta Consulting. Fatigue's influence to productivity and health is the focus of research and consulting.
