Provide advocacy and case management services for immigrants, as well as give advice on asylum claims, nationality, citizenship, deportation and employment. Draft legal documents for attorney review as well as review legal documents to ensure adherence to all legal requirements. Communicate case status with clients and outside counsel as requested. As a Contract Specialist, I was responsible for ensuring that the client signed the specific type of case contract for each case. I play a crucial part in supporting the company's operations through effective contract management and successful customer service reviewing, signing, scheduling appointments, and follow-up to ensure the contract signing after the sales stage. Serving as the primary point of contact for contract related inquiries and providing expert advice on contractual obligations and risks. Monitoring contract performance and potential contract modifications to manage changes to terms and conditions effectively and maintaining accurate and organized contract records and documentation.

The National Call Center (CIAM) which operates 24 hours a day, through the supervision of phone calls and cases that involved high confidentiality such as: assist families of those who crossed the border without the proper documents, provide information to people who are under detention at the United States Penitentiary System or at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Processing Centers, provide support and information to victims of domestic violence, provide orientation to any request regarding consular services, immigration laws, prevention and consular protection as well as responsible for the rescue coordination of several immigrants in accordance with Border Patrol agents who are lost in the desert or areas of difficult access. Likewise, I have familiarity with the criminal justice process, civil and immigration law and its terminology. As part of the daily processes that are analyzed in the Center, I have a general knowledge of the United States Penitentiary System and the electronic resource of Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER).
