Reporting to the Head of Operations Contracted Retail EMEA, my role is to lead the roll out of Goodyear point of sale retail solutions in Iberia (ERP (Business Central), B2B spare parts & tire eccommerce solutions, apps).- Develop, align and implement business processes to drive these new solutions within EMEA & local organizations (business areas, IT, EU and ES vendors/partners).- As the solutions product owner in Spain & Portugal, my role is to gather customer requests in order to define requirements and backlog prioritization.

As Business Process Architect, I developed AXAs Business Process Framework definition and roll out. iGrafx BPM solution business owner. - Business process modeler (Underwritting, Marketing campaings, HHRR, Sales cannel management, IAM…), leading multidisciplinary workshops with the impacted business areas. - Deployment of new Target Operating Models, such as the reengineering and deployment of a new Identity Access Management process in AXA, thanks to the process digitalization and automation using Service Now. Leading the definition of As Is process, pain points identification, To Be process definition and deployment (3 FTE efficiency).

IT Business Analyst within the Future Sales project. Aiming to introduce a new sales model to sell B2C electrical cars in an omnichannel way (online & offline).As part of VW Group One Digital Platform, the project is developed using SAFe methodology.

- PMO within VIA SEAT + project, aiming to digitalize business processes within all SEAT business areas. - Organizational structure consultant within company support areas; Purchasing, Finance, IT, Organization, Human Resources and Presidency. - End to end management of the organizational structure changes, acting as a project leader between all involved deportments. Assuring optimal and efficient organizational structures following VW Group standards.

Work developed as consultant for Telefónica Global IT, within Business Process Standards and Process Adherence areas. - Definition and development of the Blueprint process map (customer life cycle process map: Marketing, Selling & Billing, Customer Care & Servicing, Retention & Loyaltyl). - Development of all e2e process levels according to eTOM standards.- Mapping between the Blueprint process map and the Vendors process maps (Netcraker, Amdocs y Huawei). - Customer Journeys development (omnichannel, trouble ticketing, fulfillment, etc), through workshops with the related departments. - PMO of Fullstack deployment in LATAM business units.

Analyst role within the One Gestamp project, modelling all global business processes of the organization. BPMN process modelling using iGrafx solution and providing trainings all around the world to Quality managers, configuration of the web access tool and meetings with process owners to model their processes and pain point identification.

- Requirements definition to support the Enterprise business unit. - Quality control to the products commercial kick off. - Demand management of the Enterprise product configurator. - Test plan and support of new CRM [Salesforce].

Analysis and improvement of processes within sales orders department. Roll out of a process manual, as part of the PDCA continuous improvement cycle.
