Since 2015, I've built a dynamic career in the automotive industry, driven by dedication and a passion for excellence. After serving as the E-Commerce Director & F&I Manager at Delray Hyundai & Genesis Superstore Auto Group in Delray Beach, FL, I transitioned into my current role as Sales Manager. In this position, I oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of our sales team, setting and surpassing sales goals, and leading the team to achieve exceptional results. I also coach sales staff on effective strategies, forecast future sales, and maintain a focus on customer satisfaction. In addition, I manage our CRM platform to strengthen customer retention and foster new business, while providing regular performance reports to dealership management.
