HIMABINTRA is a student organization body for the major of International Business Management program in Petra Christian University. With the vision of SHINE, HIMABINTRA 2019/2020 serves as the bridge between IBM student and lecturers to bring the program for the better.• Chaired an annual international study excursion to visit prestigious multinational companies and learn from them.• Increasing the awareness and knowledge of IBM students through introducing them firsthand to foreign companies and cultures.

International Excursion is an annual event that helps students learn from businesses abroad directly, being able to see their operations first hand. During the time abroad, students are also able to learn about other cultures directly, by not only interacting with locals but also participating in local ceremonies to help learn about the culture.When the registration opened, all 25 slots for participants were full within minutes.The things that I have gained and done for this event:• Recruited 4 committees.• Lead a team of 5 committees including myself.• Delegated tasks throughout the committees, equally and fairly.• Assigned unique roles to each committee to have an efficient workflow.• Created 4 proposals for two destinations, and itineraries to fit the schedule.• Entrusted with the funding of this event, a total of Rp. 459 million (roughly US$ 30,000) which includes a subsidy from IBM of Rp. 7.5 million per participant.• Adapted the event to fit the schedule of other IBM events.• Handled the process of cancellation due to Covid-19 (contacting the tour agency and being the designated contact person for the participant's parents).

IBM Rendezvous is an event where students come together similarly to an Ice Breaking event. However, Rendezvous is more towards sharing from outside sources, like alumni and business professionals rather then sharing with one another.• Led the event division consisting of 13 committees.• Assigned roles and assignments for the committees, and ensured deadlines were met.• Successfully met the target participants with a total of 40 participants.
