As the leader of a taskforce comprising more than 30 individuals, I orchestrated a joint initiative spanning 6 projects with the goal of reducing concessions in the 5 largest European marketplaces for Last mile delivery. I extracted and analyzed data, maintained effective communication with stakeholders, and compiled a comprehensive whitepaper proposal for leadership which, if adopted, will result in projected annual savings of over EUR 60mm. This project presented an opportunity for me to expand and enhance my personal skill set, including team and project management, influencing without authority, as well as technical skills of PowerBI and SQL.Additionally, I was responsible for extracting, analyzing, and presenting data for regular monthly and quarterly reporting, as well as owning a key component of the Concessions team business plan for FY2023. This included detailed insights on trends, key metrics, and business drivers.
