Loop Energy is a fuel cell engine manufacturer that has experienced considerable scale up. My role at Loop Energy was to build a Quality structure and organization within the company. AFCC is a joint venture between Daimler and Ford, developing fuel cell stacks. My role at AFCC was to work with existing suppliers and get them ready for production, as well as investigate and develop new and future suppliers for the fuel cell industry. I worked as the QC Launch Leader & Assistant Manager for the 2016 MY Lexus RX 350 Major Model. I managed a team of 8 to 12 Engineers. I led activities in order to ensure a smooth vehicle launch which involved significant amounts of project management, scheduling, and resource allocation. I worked closely with design engineering in Japan, and manufacturing.

I worked on the RAV4 Electric Vehicle production, 2600 of which were built as a compliance vehicle in Woodstock, ON. This was an interesting low volume project, where I worked closely with Tesla Motors and Toyota Design on warranty reduction and vehicle improvements.

I joined the newly founded RAV4 team as Electrical Systems Engineer. We worked on the launch of the 2009 RAV4 into a brand new facility in Woodstock ON, that was still under construction. We had the opportunity to plan and develop new ways to test vehicles, improving efficiency and ensuring robustness.I was responsible for the Electrical vehicles systems.
