Monitor queue calls, provide customer feedback on the processing of the request. Perform logical inventory and reboots on servers, storage and perform wiring identification in racks. Perform handling of backup media in robots, check settings of switches and routers in level 1. Following visitors and customers and perform the custody and control of the keys of the rooms, racks and cages. Make the register and control system equipment. Perform Disaster Recovery on servers, routers and switches. Sign the forms of Technical Visit and input / output system equipment. Register and paste labels on all equipment before entering them in the Datacenter and update the status always when moving them from place. Ensure that cables and devices are properly installed. Install, test, modify, organize, make passage, termination and cabling certification UTP, Fiber Optic and Coaxial infrastructure in horizontal, vertical and termination between racks in patch panels. Physically install servers, routers and switches in racks. Conduct incident resolution with the telecom operators and customers from various segments of business.
