- Ensures the performance of a supply chain from order to shipment to billing and customer service- procuring materials for manufacturing and shipment of the final product- Identifying and ordering the proper quantity- Negotiating pricing and shipment terms and overseeing the timely delivery of materials needed to fulfill customer orders- Rreceive and organize inventory shipments- assessing current orders and forecast future demand in order to provide adequate supplies- Input and process all orders- Complete and submit all necessary documentation from both suppliers and customers- Oversee the billing process and paperwork

- Ensure that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements- Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives- Purchase materials, plan inventory and ensure warehouse efficiency- Examine financial data/statements and utilise them to improve profitability- Recruit, train, supervise and appraise human resources- Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals- Ensure that company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)
