We want to see successful, brain-friendly organizations, more competitive thanks to the knowledge and skills of Human Resources and neuroscience. With the Employability and Career Service, I deliver coaching sessions for the students to help them to enable their soft skills and leverage on them in their future jobs. Since 2019 I participate in the design of workshops the participants go through and in the delivery of the same workshops.In 2018 and 2019 I lectured the "Decision Making Skills" module in the "Management and Governance of Family Firms" Master.
