N-Exolution was born from the joined involvement of managers coming from important business situations. We have decided to share our experience in a business environment and passion and discoveries in neuroscience with companies and professionals who strongly believe in the active involvement of Human Beings as a relevant resource within Organizations. We believe that companies and people who live in these settings, have no need for “consultants” in the conventional meaning of the word but need reliable partners with whom state clear objectives, effective strategies and suitable actions. We want to see people that know how their brain works at its best, satisfied with their job, for the contribution they give to their own organization. We want to see successful, brain-friendly organizations, more competitive thanks to the knowledge and skills of Human Resources and neuroscience. We want to consolidate an effective partnership with companies, Public Institutions and professionals, so that they can reach success and fixed goals, by supplying our experience, passion and devotion.

With the Employability and Career Service, I deliver coaching sessions for the students to help them to enable their soft skills and leverage on them in their future jobs. Since 2019 I participate in the design of workshops the participants go through and in the delivery of the same workshops.In 2018 and 2019 I lectured the "Decision Making Skills" module in the "Management and Governance of Family Firms" Master.

I teach the Soft Skills modules in the Master "Digital Open Innovation & Entrepreneurship" and in the course "Gestione del Cambiamento e dell’innovazione."
