I am a marketing graduate from the University of Tampa's Class of 2020. I conducted marketing studies for some clients such as a local McDonald's to progress on their breakfast campaign, proving that their products are real and the creation of that such as the McMuffin. I enjoy visual designs as an avid photographer and creating content that others can see and create connections to. I am a hard of hearing individual who focuses on visual story-telling and aspects. Thus I am an avid photographer and I enjoy helping people out. I volunteered my time with an Dominican All-Girl orphanage, giving them a better chance and opportunities for those who can't. I've given time towards a village of terminally ill children who wish to have their short lives to be eventful and do what they can while they do. Asides from that, I've worked at two call centers, the first one was calling fellow alumni to make college more affordable for my fellow classmates at the University of Tampa, raising about $55,000 for scholarships. The second was answering Costco members to coordinate and assist with their deliveries logistically, most notably appliances where my average QM was 99%, even reaching 100% QM by listening to what my troubled members' issues and resolving them to the best of my abilities. I currently work at Fanatics Inc, being a retail associate to the Orlando City Branch where I was given a chance to work in a fast-paced work environment at the stadium, adapting quickly to answer questions for fans, always adding to their experience in the sports filled atmosphere wherever it may be, such as the Super Bowl, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Arnold Palmer Invitational and other events. I, then applied myself to learn about UI/UX with UCF's Continuing of Education, focusing on designing and creating systems for people, hearing their problems and I work to resolve them. I apply what core issues my users may have and I apply it into interfaces using Figma and Miro as examples, even creating some front-end development for my users and clients to see how my interpretation of the issues being solved and their feedback to continue on. Everywhere I go and everything I do, I try to give my clients, my responsibilities, a job well done and a smile on people's faces as I work on resolving their issues.
