I worked over the summer of 2019 at Ghirardelli Chocolate Company. I expressed great interest in team building and leadership. I was working at one of the biggest and most demanding locations and I took it upon myself to take over and lead the team during stressful and overwhelming times. The initiative intends to provide a new perspective on the university campuses in Bucharest. Implemented in the Regie area of ​​Bucharest, the Creative Campus project proposes to the students and the high school students who live and learn here the recreation of this space through an original urban intervention concept realized by them. In the vicinity of the recreational space, an educational cultural event will be organized for the community. The reconstructed space could be the future framework of some projects to stimulate the creativity of the inhabitants of the area and to actively participate in the community development.
