Responsible for the day to day management of the villa, ensuring that the guests’ needs are met at all times while maintaining the Company’s very high standards. Have an overall coordinating role in the villa, takes the lead in all customer-facing issues and, once guests have arrived, has primary responsibility for the success of their holiday/vacation.
