I’m currently a manager at a family owned food service store. I’ve Assisted in managing employees’ tasks and effectively established a plan that lowered the businesses payroll. I’ve Analyzed the small businesses supply expenses and effectively reduced the expenses by five percent. And I’ve collaborated with colleagues to ensure maintenance of business operations and standards. I have experience as an account manager at a commercial insurance brokerage too. While there, I communicated with clients and colleagues frequently to ensure all insurance policies were up to date and in good standing. I Issued endorsements on policies and certificate of insurance documents upon request of the insureds prioritizing every request. I provided exceptional customer service while building personal and professional relationships with clients. And I assisted clients in finding the best insurance rates that met their needs from researching and shopping the policies. I also took part of a short internship opportunity with Prestige New York. It was a marketing/advertising role. The role included going door to door marketing for a financial company called, “Better path financial”. While there I learned the pitch used that would effectively give all the information the potential client would need to know about the credit company. I learned how to successfully communicate with potential clients and the steps needed to achieve the point of sale. I was mentored on the steps needed to successfully market a product/service. And I learned how to handle both negative and positive responses from the potential clients.
