I worked in 7 Italian multinational companies operating in 6 different sectors in roles of growing responsibilities both at the corporate office and at foreign subsidiaries. I am a CFO who put his focus in the development and enhancement of the company performance whose responsibilities has expended to IT, HR, Legal and Purchase areas. In my last experience I’ve managed also the sales, marketing, production and R&D areas as I was appointed acting CEO. I possess strong competences in accounting, finance, planning and controls i.e. IFRS, US GAAP, company and consolidated financials, transfer price management, budgets and plans, make or buy decisions, treasury management and long term financing. I successfully managed complex IT projects, company reorganizations, company sale as well as integration of a newly acquired company.Colleagues acknowledge my capabilities of taking the decisions rationally and at the right time, my analytical skills, the ability to synthesize complex situations, problem solving skills and the ability to identify in advance threat and opportunities.
