- I was accountable for developing testing strategies for completely new analytics project where data quality and accuracy were the heart of the business value proposition. - Successfully implemented agile methodology best practices into new processes within our engineering team by owning the role of scrum master, therefore, following proper agile ceremonies for sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint retrospective, scrum stand up and most importantly managing sprint ticket status deliverables and reporting, achieving sizeable development speed increase and work traceability.- I assisted to guide process improvements around QA practices and documentation for later teams to reference from.- I was in charge of planning and implementation for automation scripts using cypress.io framework that will later be used as part of CI/CD pipeline.
